Installation Process
Consult
To install today’s complex AV systems, a well-trained and experienced person with a sound level of industry knowledge is required.We have installed many home cinema systems, fitted out boardrooms, and wired homes for distributed audio, video and data. As our expertise extends to the workings of the equipment, we have a better understanding of what is required to ensure your purchase functions as a well-balanced system giving you many years of listening/viewing pleasure. Design
In this first step we discuss your goals and requirements and look at any house plans or cover retrofit options.We recommend the technology and equipment best suited to your needs and budget.We can also demonstrate, and audition equipment as required.
Prewire
For new homes we liaise with building supervisors to ensure we are onsite at the right time.This may be over several visits during the construction phase. For more modest installations wiring is carried out on the day of installation.
Installation
For systems with complex remote-control capabilities and multi-room zones, all programming and testing are preformed offsite prior to installation (where possible). Once the construction or reno is completed and the builders have almost finished we return to complete the system and fit out equipment and terminate wiring. adjustments are carried out to ensure full functionality.Demonstrating and customer tutorials are carried out to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Commissioning and Support
After 90 days we follow up with a visit to check your system and equipment, carry out further training if necessary and update any firmware that might have been released after your equipment was installed.
